The reality

Running an MSME business in India means drowing in digitl chaos. Seven browser tabs open, three banking apps, WhatsApp groups for every vendor and excel sheets shared via email that somehow never synchronise. One reconciliation error and the month is ruined. TallyPrime 6.0’s PrimeBanking feature promised to end this madness by bringing banking inside the platform where it belonged.

The creative challenge

Make business owners feel seen, not sold to. In a category that loves talking about ‘seamless integration’, we needed to show the beautiful mess of real business life.

The solution

We illustrated the chaos. Not abstract geometric chaos, but the specific, visceral chaos, every business owner recognises: the stack of unmatched receipts, the panic when numbers don’t add up, the juggling act of managing business and banking separately. Then we showed the antidote: one platform, one login, one solution.

The impact

Finally, an accounting software that felt like it understood the customer’s 3 AM anxiety attacks. The before-and-after wasn’t just functional, it was emotional.

Tally 6.0 Films

The goal was to explain the benefits of using TallyPrime 6.0 through each feature film in the simplest manner possible. We used the CTA (call to action) button as a device to bring the protagonist, the zen guy, to life and also explain how each feature worked.

Why the CTA button?

As users, we interact with software through the CTA button. In this case, by using it as a story engine, we reduced cognitive friction and conveyed the message that using Tally gets things done, in a few clicks. Moreover, it feels elegant, modern and visually economical.
